What part of that don't some webmasters understand?? If you submit your link to me without first having my link up, your submission will be deleted, simple as that. Put my link up on your site in a visible spot BEFORE you submit (this is common courtesy, not to mention common sense) Show me that you are seriously going to try to send me hits, and I'll add a link for you.
